I have a 2007 Multivan Highline 4Motion.
Work has just provided me with a BlackBerry Storm (kind of like an iphone I think).
Before this I’ve just been using the normal BlackBerry in conjunction with one of the aftermarket rechargeable BlueAnt ST3’s which I just sit in the middle of dash tray. At this stage I’m not considering continuing with BlueAnt or getting the ‘factory’ BlueTooth setup installed and because of the power usage of the new phone I really need a charger set up.
The new BlackBerry Storm uses up the power pretty quickly so work will pay for the installation of a cradle/charger and wire in the speaker etc but they can’t tell whereabouts on the dash it will get installed.
I don’t really want to block access to the air vents or to the switches which the Highline model has.
Can anyone let me know if they have a mobile cradle set up installed and where it is. Pictures would be great!
Since the Multivan is basically a transporter with a fancy fitout I'm hoping somone out there has a cradle set up.
Thanks

I have the same issue with my Bold 9700. I don't want to cover the air vents either. Looks like the link above unfortunately does this.

Thanks for the feedback so far.
OK, now considering the factory Bluetooth option but at this stage I’m not sure what the ‘kit’ includes.
Has anyone done an install on an existing vehicle and if so what was the cost inclusive of installation.
Does it automatically link to the stereo so that an incoming call mutes the stereo?
Once I know the cost of both options – cradle and speaker v factory Bluetooth I’ll think be in a better position to know what to do.
Cheers
