Mechanic in Tas - warning light limp mode

Hi all,
Looking for recommendations on VW Mechanics in Tasmania.
Travelling from NEWCASTLE NSW down to Tassie and experienced a few issues. Glow plug warning light flashing and car going into limp mode. Have had NRMA reset code and taking it fairly conservative at moment. The code was suggesting turbo under boost and visual inspection seems like could be at the joins (perhaps a new o ring) so on that advice pushed on to meet our booking on Spirit of Tasmania tonight so all things going to plan, will be in Tasmania tomorrow.
Vehicle is T5 Kombi Beach.

We had that with our T5 after fitting another Turbo , turned out to be a split in one of the hoses they get very brittle with time , worth while having a close listen when at idle for some hissing sound.

I assume you’ve checked boost pipe ?
Had similar sort of limp modes, blocked dpf, popped boost pipe, boost pipe clips, boost pipe seals(green rubbers), pressure sensor
