Lining and capeting my 2007 T5 CAIRNS area

G'day everyone.
Does any one know of a decent Upholsterer in the Nth QLD region (Around Cairns) who can do a good job of lining my 2007 LWB van in quality carpet and plywood?

As I used to earn a living as a motor trimmer I would suggest you contact local motor body trimmers in Cairns , you see Upholsterers maily do furniture whilst trimmers are mainly inlolved in cars and boats.

A recommended Trimmer in Cairns is what I'm after.

Hi again Baytown I have these two places 1st reccomended Marino,s Auto Upholstery 17 Franzman st Bungalow contact Steve 40415998 2nd Tropic Trimming 1/37 Supply rd Bentley Park contact Rod 40455554 . I don,t know these guys personally but they come reccomended from a large trim supplier here in Brisbane who happens to be good friend of mine , his company supplies these guys with all their products , so good luck with the fit out .

Thanks for the effort and info Sunny and recommendation Gecko.
I'm actually in Afghanistan at present with the Airforce (hence the slow reply) so I'll try to call the companies recommended and explain what I'm after by phone, or send some e-mail photos of others vans, as how I want mine to look.
My wife and the van are just Nth of Innisfail, so if they say they want the job, I'll get her to deliver the van. (Although getting home will be an issue as it's 70kms).

Hey stay safe over there , have had a couple of nephews who have done their tours in the Middle East all home safe . Good luck with your van let us know how it goes .

I guess if you wife was keen to drive to Brissi, then you had the choice of heaps of converter workshops.

I will do the same to mine T4 fairly soon: floor, walls ceiling, sound+heat insulation....but DIY
