I'm in the same position now. My Waeco was cutting out and last week my GPS refused to charge from the MagPort socket in the driver's seat base. I measured the voltage - 5V!

Anyone conclude as to the best deep cycle battery that will fit in the spot? I need to find one in the next two days as I'm driving across to VIC & SA on Saturday.
