Thank you for the heads up guys..
Just got a quote back from CIL and they were 1/4 of the price. No need to for information I couldn't answer eg. When it was converted and at what cost etc.
I'm now a happy camper.. Fingers crossed now that if I ever need to claim they will be honerable..

I had the same problem. Called Youi and fell over backwards when they gave us a quote as it was well over $2000 for a $70000 van. Joined up CMCA and Ken Tame was well under a $1000. It made the difference of buying the van or not.
