I miss my armrests

Hi guys, just loving the T5 Crewvan, 2.5lt TDi goes like a cut cat,.........but the old T3 syncro caravelle had these fantastic armrests, i'm havin flash backs!
I'm hoping someone out there knows where or how to retro fit armrest on my entry level T5 seats, There seems to be a hole in the foam about where they should go, anyone?

IIRC you have to weld the armrest supports to the frame, they aren't put there as std unless you specify when ordering a new van. There might be some threads about it on this forum, otherwise try a search on the T5 section here :

I'm not that impressed with the factory T5 ones, they are a bit puny.
