Help !!

Need advice on best way to remove engine for replacement.
Is it easier to remove engine and gearbox/transaxle as one ?
And are any special tools required for this job ?

I did'nt think the question was that difficult or stupid ?
I have already removed radiator support panel, aircon etc...
I have searched for info or guidance and so far found nothing remotely helpful,c'mon guys ?
An old bloke once told me there was no such thing as a stupid question... ?

Hi Chenzi, I haven't replaced an engine and box so I can't help you there
I think the noisy crickets is cos there is probably some work involved in what you're trying to do, and it's not a short answer
From the little I've picked up some find it easier to remove the box and engine together and removing the front of the van (grill, radiator, etc) to get it out that way
But like I said, I know little of that
Perhaps have a look on the UK Brickyard forum if you haven't already, they love doing docos of their work

Sorry for my Impatience... Noone.
Have already searched brick yard.
Cuz, I know for sure there's no short answer...,so many hoses and wiring...
It's doin my head in... Have got workshop manual coming monday,and hopefully motor...
The only thing slowin me up,besides the rain (workin in backyard) is some handy advice ?

An update.
Well the first engine arrived, yes, the first engine, and after pulling off timing case cover we found shredded belt ?
We also found a water pump without a single bolt ? W.T.F ?
So I called supplier who was very willing to supply another engine.
Second engine arrives, pronto, well done to Darren at Brookvale spares. Next problem,
We fit water pump and belt wont fit ?
Back to spare parts, we discover that belt supplier has put wrong belt in kit.
So now i'm waiting again.... Cursed ...?
