Well i knew that Trakka and the Ambo's got them into Australia, So i knew the 3200 GVM had been compiled for ADR already.

It was just a case of hassling VWA about it, as the dealers told me it couldn't be done as it isn't on there dealership ordering system, the 3200GVM codes aren't on the system, they have to get the vehicle code of VWA.

Once i had a email from VWA, saying it could be special ordered, thats when i hit up the dealer and then it was just a matter of them getting a price from VWA.

You won't find anything in the Spec sheets as it is a special order, lead time for a 3200GVM can be from 4-9 Months.

not a bad idea, I'm going to keep looking as there will be a jack some where that will be perfect, got plenty of time until it arrives in Aus.

if not ill go with the two jack option if i can't find anything.

Thx...now if only they had a code for a Tdi450, DSG, Crewvan, 4motion, LWB

If not a hassle could you pass on the GMV 3200 code please?

I haven't seen the Seikel jack, but unless it's hundreds of $, I'd buy one, for most people, it's lifetime purchase and can be moved from vehicle to vehicle.

The Seikel jacks are 189 euro, so around 400-500 to get it here, I'm just inclined to find something cheaper.

Wooden block are gold out there, they have come in handy before.

    I can provide two,

    Transporter 3200 GVM TDI 400 DSG LWB 2WD (SGH1C7HD)
    Transporter 3200 GVM TDI 400 DSG LWB 4Motion (SGH1C9HD)

I think the only difference is that they put a HD on the end of the existing code.

    hope those codes helps somewhat.

Those Tdi450, should be out next October, when we start getting the Euro6.

There should be 2T, 5T and 10T Masada at SCA.

Thank's big time, mentioned this option to a senior salesman today after he rang me and he had no idea about it...and as to the Tdi450, even though we are not EuroVI here yet, I have no idea why it cannot have been offered already and just charged accordingly. I feel we have less choice now then back in 2012-'14. It still really annoys me there is also no Tdi400 Crewvan, LWB 4motion also. I'm thinking of limping mine along until euroVI is available.
Here's why I'd like the extra payload Height of Jacking points-img_0340-jpg

    Hey Tornado,

I can see why you need the extra GVM, there is approx 950kg, depending on the density of the liquid, plus the cage, add a driver and passenger and a full tank of gas, you would be close to the payload with that.

Push the sales guy's, all they have to do is call there regional reps, to confirm.

It seems odd to for VWA to limit our choice here, even NZ has better options than what we have.
2800 GVM, 3000 GVM and 3200 GVM, plus a better range of options.

It is annoying that we can't order the TDI450 for the transporter now, i would have jumped at it, it's all about profit, more money to be made by selling TDI400, until they are force to go to Euro6.
