Yes we have to live with all this technology , I was working on a new Peugot 308 , apparently the car is fitted with tyre pressure monitoring and if the tyres are changed it has to be recalibrated through a computer DUH.

check your brake lights are working.
If not, replace/repair brake switch.

It pays to ask the question to see if there is a simple solution before spending money on fault scans. If it's of interest to anyone TRIDON make an aftermarket switch which costs $30.00. The part number is TBS 092.
