    DPF....delete?

Is it just the guys in the UK doing this mod or has it been done here with a T5? 2lts/100 km worse off from 05 non DPF to 09 DPF Multivan.

Yeah, I know its illegal......does not mean I can't do it

I'm about to have a straight section replace the cat. I considered putting a straight thru res there but decided just to get pipe welded in.

    About 2 weeks off.

Still deciding if I get my muffler removed also.

How many T5's do you have? Your 04 T5 doesn't have the DPF. First time the DPF appeared in T5 was 7/2006.

Good info Greg, I would leave my DPF in place, just knock the guts out of it so it looks stock. As you say, its finding the right person who can do the code changes properly. Pendle Performance in the UK sound like they know what they are doing. I'm not sure if they have an agent here though.

Do you know of any tuners here in Oz who can do the code properly (PM me if you prefer).

    IVO,
I have sent somebody I know a link to this thread.
We wait with baited breath to see what he knows on this subject.
If I remember correctly he did something like this for a member on here..

Very cryptic I know but dont want to drop him in the poo.

    Rob
