The demise of an exterior door handle

After a decade of service, the combination of cast metal and an often loose catch mechanism has spelt the end of the drivers side rear door exterior handle in the T4 Dual Cab. I had trouble opening the door from the outside and when I drove away I heard the actuator disconnect from the handle chassis and fall into the bottom of the door.

Fortunately, the handle is the same as that used in the front doors. I see from the internet that replacements are available but has anyone got any recommendations?
