A google search shows that this is a common problem in T4's with a valve/cable being the culprit. Do T5's with the automatic multi-zone climate control have the same valve/cable setup?
The driver's side climate control on my 2007 T5 Multivan Highline is blowing hot air regardless of what temp is selected. Passenger side and main cabin a/c are working fine.
Do each of the a/c zones have their own fuses, or is it likely to be something more involved?

Can someone point me in the right direction to purchase a VCDS (VAGCOM) suitable for my T5? Are the hong kong specials on ebay ok?
I need to identify which flap actuator has failed.
Got myself VAGCOM and scanned for the following results:

Hopefully the part number matches VW Australia, however how do i locate where it's located?
Any other suggestions would be most welcome.
