Obviously it's a cover for something. It was in the back of my van when I bought it a couple of years ago and I can't find where it's supposed to be.

Give the part number to the main dealer and ask them to do a search.
Look up the part number yourself over at vagcat.com.
I can't quite make it out, it's the first number in the last pic.
The label on the box is telling you all of your option codes.

Thats the lower fuse box cover, there is an outer dash one too, maybe thats whats thrown you mate.
