I asked at the time to confirm their quote but it never arrived. The quote over the phone was from CIL but I thought I was talking to Suncorp who I had phoned. The guy on the phone must have either put another cap on or transferred me to CIL without me taking much notice. So when I phoned CIL, all my details were there with the correct price they had quoted.
Understand how it works, troubleshoot logically BEFORE replacing parts.
