barn door inner panel removal

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to remove the inside panel of the barn door on my T4. I can get the one off without the door handle, but the door handle is preventing me from getting the other one off.

Good question - anyone out there know how to get the inner door handle off?
Does this require a special tool?

Hi,

Yes, I got it off in the end. You need to pop that plastic surround on the handle off (number eight in the diagram) to one side.

$150 worth of carpet from Bunnings and a few tins of Quick-grip, and the T4 is sounding much quieter. Looks better, too.

I think I'll try headlining next.
