Aircon Issue

I have a funny issue with my aircon, it seems that I only get cold air on the driver side now. I do get air coming from passenger side but its warm. Now given the van only has 10000K's on the clock this is a little concerning. Does anyone know more about the aircon? could it be a flapper motor faulty which is not allowing coldair to get to the passenger side...I will be ringing the dealer but I thought if I ask and its something simple I could fix and save the hassle of going to the dealer.

What year? how about some info?
If it's still under warranty, take it back.
If you attempt a fix yourself and stuff up, the dealer won't cover it

There was a prob with some heater vent cables not working or something with early?? models.Search

its a 2013 T5 SWB van, I've only had it for 6 months. I will be taking to the dealer next week.

Yep, a good idea to let the dealer look after this one, I know of one that had the same issue, out of
warranty though, it cost the owner around $800 he told me, reckons the dealer had some problems
fixing it, and it was the actuator.

Had the Van checked at highway VW springwood, it seems the compressor has failed and they have ordered a new one, when I asked why this would happen after only 10000K's he said "I have no idea, that's why you have a warranty". Anyway they say a week for parts which is poor in my opinion given I have no aircon at all now.......
