Which aftermarket Radio, Reverse Camera, BlueTooth unit for 2008 T5 Multivan?

    Hi guys,

I've been reading up here for hours and digging up various threads on aftermarket radio options for Multivan's.
    It's now after 2am and I'm cooked...

I recently bought a tidy 2008 T5 Multivan 4motion. It has front and rear parking sensors.
Doesn't have steering wheel radio controls.
The AM/FM radio works in but CD doesn't (I think prior owners kids have put coins in the slot)
    I knew this before purchasing.

    So time to replace it:

    Aftermarket Radio/CD.
Plus bluetooth for hands free phone calls.
    Reverse camera
Aux input / USB for charging and playing from Iphone

GPS is a maybe, but I'm weighing up options with and without...

With little knowledge of what options I have, what models to look for & avoid, would really appreciate if you can point me in the right direction here?

What are my budget to midrange price range, and will get it fitted here in Sydney rather than DIY.

    Many thanks,

    David

Plenty of options there I personally would go with a known brand, with Apple car play. They’re bellow $1000. You should be able to get the steering wheel controls working and you’re guaranteed some level of standard.

While ago I bought not so cheap Chinese unit reasonably established here and it just didn’t work for me, not many features worked in it. So similar was experience of many forum members.

    Thanks Transporter,

I this Apple Car Play will the perfect solution.

FYI I'm pretty sure I don't have steering wheel controls. No loss really.

So long as it all works properly I'll be super happy. Don't listen to that much music personally, but will need to have it to keep the kids happy on long drives.

Will look into how this can be achieved.

    Cheers Dave
