Check out the video in my thread, it's pretty straight forward. Basic tools (other than the brake winding tool). If you can change pads, the rotors are pretty easy too. I ended up using my cordeless rattle gun made removing some of the nuts a little easier since I couldn't get the right leverege while working on jack stands.
I recommend giving it good hose/pressure wash before starting work, something I didn't do, to make it a little cleaner. As for time, I'm only 6 months in and things are going well so far. The rears can be a little squeely sometimes at low speeds so I need to pull them out and add in some grease stuff to stop that.
