2014 t5 lights. Not working?! Help?!

    Hi guys,

So this morning (4am) I started my van and lights came on, all fine. Drove down the road some way and when I got back in noticed it was dark. Had a quick look and turns out my lights weren’t working. I’ve had them blow quite often in the past and thought the same happened again. Anyway I had to drive Without lights for A while and when I got around to checking it turns out the globes are fine. The parkers, indicators, dash lights all work fine.

High beam works when you pull the stalk “flash” but not when the stalk is pushed forward.

I went through of the fuses with my mechanic and all tested fine. Tested the power to the switch and power to the connectors for the globes and all fine..

    Anyone had this issue before?
After searching online the light switch or indicator stalk could be the culprits? Can anybody help out with some info at all please? Have to drive nights and mornings and it will be very hard without lights 😫

Disconnect the battery and allow the "system to reset , has worked a few times for me with various bits in a lot of cars". The canbus can get confused and like a computer needs to reboot , just remmeber you will have to reset power windows and maybe enter radio code .

Had a similar issue some time back with 2008 Multivan fortunately in daylight, but the indicators were involved too.

I pulled & reseated every bloody fuse I could find on two panels & they came back OK.
