2008 T5 2.5L 4Motion manual 195,000km service?

Hey guys,
Looking at purchasing a T5 that has 197,000 kms on the clock and was wondering what things I should be thinking about having checked before purchasing the vehicle. I hear nightmare stories all the time however sometimes its hard to cut through the personal opinions and get down to the credible information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To answer your first question, the 195K service is only a basic oil and filter change.
