Hi Andrew, I suggest first checking the top exhaust clamp (where the turbo and DPF join together) comes loose causing the exhaust fumes smell in cabin. Also the lower clamp where the DPF joins to the exhaust. I have re tightened with some locktite and appears to stay tight now.

Hopefully you don't have to resort to replacing a cracked manifold!

    Cheers, Scott

    Hi All,

I have bought and received manifold in link above, great service (4 days from UK), good instructions and problem solved. Semi expensive repair but good use of my mechanics time.(can't stand doing things twice) Thanks to the people who have posted on this subject, I have used parts of all your information and a special thanks you to Freshaire who was happy to share his experience and outcome similar to mine.

    Regards

    Andrew
