Oil cooler module on the front side of the motor, or the water pump.

I'm sure it's over full on the dipstick, too.
They're not too bad to do. Just a bit time-consuming to drain/fill/flush the coolant several times to clean all the oil out.

Ok,.. Getting the oil cooler replaaced and engine oil flushed next week,..
What other worst case scenario's could I be looking at having water in the engine oil,..?
I've got a similar problem low coolant with oil in the reservoir, it's going to a specialist on Monday, I will let you know the outcome

How did you go Pol,..?
Mine cost $1300...!
I haven't got the final bill or feedback yet, it's still being worked on but so far it's a replacement water pump and oil cooler with an estimated cost of $1200 including oil and coolant!
Pol
Final price was $1195.00 for both, the water pump had movement and definitely needed replacement, no way to check oil cooler but replaced it to make sure, new oil and filter and new coolant should be as good as new!
Great work and service from Volkwerke in Greensborough.
