2006 Multivan - Missing (aka Stolen) Front Panels identification

Help please
I am trying to identify the two small panels that some kind soul decided to steal off the front of my van when it was parked near the Royal Brisbane Hospital. Nothing else was removed or damaged, just these 2 small panels (roughly 70 x 100) covering up some white plastic mount. These are on the front of the van directly under the front headlights. I am assuming that they are mounts (could very well be wrong) for either fog lights or support mounts for a bull bar of sorts.
My interest is trying to replace the stolen panels and not having any luck trying to search for them.

There are some deadset grubs around.
I was in Bunnings Villawood for 5 minutes and they flogged two plastic hub caps off my T4!
