    2.5 TDI Oil Chnage DIY

Hi i was wondering if anyone can give me a DIY oil change for a 2.5 TDI (128kw) in a T5 Transporter? Is it easy or should i go to the stealers to get it done?

    Cheers

the oil change is the easy part, just remove the undercover tray (6x13mm bolts) the oil filter is a bit tricky to get to below the rhf headlight it will either be 32 or 36 mm plastic cap to get to the oil filter cartridge.
    good luck.

So no special parts are needed? I know for the golf there's the sump plug which you have to replace everytime. Don't wanna stuff it up wince its still under warranty

yeah they have the same sump plug as the golfs, you should replace it to be sure, they are fairly cheap anyway.
