    VW caddy does not move

Hi, I have a vw 3rd gen caddy. it suddenly lost drive when i was coming back from work. The engine revs but car doesnt seem to engage in any gear. Borrowed my friend's scanner and the following codes came up but could not clear them. Since im no mechanic, where would be a good place to start checking? Thanks for the help in advance

Check the fuses in the E-box in the engine bay.

One will be for the Mechatronics in the transmission. If you find that the fuse keeps blowing, the Mechatronics is stuffed.

Is there a fuse layout diagram somewhere, I cannot find any. But the 30A fuse on top right hand corner keeps blowing

after further research, I found this.
Volkswagen Group Australia Pty Ltdā€”Polo, Golf, Golf Wagon, Golf Cabriolet, Beetle, Jetta, Passat, and Caddy Vehicles | Product Safety Australia
I rang up VW and they checked my VIN number which turns out to be part of the recalled fleet. They will examine the fault and if it is the oil and mechatronics, VW will cover all repairs. Hopefully everything works out!

Sounds like you're on the right track.

Hopefully the turnaround time is quick.
