How to deal with stiff sliding doors

Hi guys, just looking for some tips on maintaining the Caddy sliding doors, which have gotten a bit stiff lately.

Is it just a matter of grease on the sliding track, or is there some other recommended process?

I lubricate the slides and every little wheel there with a good quality spray grease, like WURTH. If the doors are stiff, get them mowing first, spray them with WD40 that will cleane the tracks as well, let it run off for a couple of hours, wipe off as far as you can reach and then use the spray grease or the teflon containing lube.
