    Caddy partition net

    Hello all,

Does anyone know where I can source one of these nets? I don't like the steel cargo barriers but I need to get one of these installed -

this is taken from the NZ VW site

    Thanks,
    Alex

Why not buy it from NZ? The fitting points should already be there.

I'm finding some more info on this.

    Reply from VW Parts...

Please find attached the accessory listing for a Caddy luggage net.

The price is $144.87+gst and would have to be ordered from Germany.

Your vehicle chassis number would need to be supplied to confirm this part would suit your Caddy.

I have been informed that the best course of action would be to supply your local VW dealerships pars department the number 2k0 065 110, get them to confirm it will fit your vehicle and get one underway.

This doesn't look like it's the same one... so I sent him the picture you supplied from the VW NZ site and am waiting for a reply back.

thanks mate. I put a similar post on a caddy group on facebook and a guy in Europe says his car has it. I can use his VIN if necessary. I can also check ETKA, but just a bit busy at the moment, I"ll get to it!

Thats as said a luggage net The other is called an " Extendable net partition" and I have one in the Passat wagon and it looks identical to your Caddy pic It does however have reasonable strong mounting points just behind the seats so if car doesnt have them would be a bit of work and money for the whole thing Have a look at a Passat wagon to see what I mean

    Here we go.

It's not as cheap as I thought it would be...
At this price, I don't think I want it anymore

    2K5861691 6P6 $857.65+gst ex Germany
    2K0861863B Y20 $8.11+gst ex Germany
    2K0861864 Y20 $8.11+gst ex Germany
    3B9861705ADY20 $55.75+gst ex Germany
    3B9861706ADY20 $55.75+gst ex Germany
    2K3861395A Y20 $3.56+gst ex Germany (two required)
    N 10537903 $0.74+gst ex Singapore (two required)
    2K0858869 Y20 $0.89+gst ex Germany (two required)

At a glance it appears that you require the following. As per previous request chassis number will be required for your local parts department to confirm fitment.
***Retrofitting parts of this nature isn't always a simple task and a disclaimer that more parts may be required to complete job unfortunately must be given***
