    I seems to me that VW got a batch of dodgy flywheels - heaps of reports of DMF failures, some at very low distances and no abuse. Lots of UK Skoda owners are complaining, especially those with 1.9 TDIs.
    2017 MY18 Golf R 7.5 Wolfsburg wagon (boring white) delivered 21 Sep 2017, 2008 Octavia vRS wagon 2.0 TFSI 6M (bright yellow), 2006 T5 Transporter van 2.5 TDI 6M (gone but not forgotten).

    Isn't it fun when these sort of things happen. You buy a VW expecting a certain level of quality etc & you get let down by 1 part that is out sourced

    Happens all the time when manufacturing products, a real pain in the butt
