After speaking with the seller he suggested they wouldn't be suited for RHD vehicles.

I don't believe these are for the mk3's... Only the new caddy's. There are however ones that I have found which will suit your caddy...

Not sure how hard they would be to install.

these are the face lift headlights. bit expensive and most probably a crap quality product. wouldnt touch them.
