    Question V6 Reverse Torque Issues

So I have ordered a new Highline Ultimate V6 and have read about the lack of torque in reverse. I tow a Jayco Pop Top with a GVM of 2480kg well within the Roks capabilities. However I have to reverse the van onto its parking place some 40 metres up a slight slope. Is this likely to be a problem. I hear about ECU flashes etc. but would like to avoid them if possible. What have others experienced reversing their tow vehicle.
Is this a big problem or isolated cases.
    Thanks

Get the dealer you ordered from to lend you a demo for a day to take home and perform the manoeuvre to set yourself at ease. I have not heard of this issue, but it is common for manufacturers to limit boost (and thus torque and kw) in certain gears to protect the drivetrain.

    Have you purchased yet?

    Where are you?

I’ve taken my rok to Fraser and managed to reverse through some soft sand... I did get bogged going forward through an area that I ended up having to winch out of of, I had spinning wheels in drive but they didn’t spin in reverse...
