The MK7 engines are dual injection (port and direct) whereas the TSI Amarok is direct only. This means an extra fuel rail with injectors and all the electronics, including ECU, cluster, keys, and the entire wiring loom at the very least. Cost of this will be prohibitive (think $10K+++) and then plus labour and extensive coding. Also, the MK7 turbo wont work in the engine bay of the Amarok (engine is longitudinal and not transverse)
Far easier to replace the internals in the TSI Amarok with stronger components and then go a K04 upgrade turbo.

I have a TSI Amarok and 7.5 R and would not even attempt to do a swap .... I will though build the TSI Amarok engine into a Stg 4 capability as I have a turbo upgrade on the shelf waiting. First will finish of the 4WD conversion though.
