Highest octane at whatever servo I happen to be passing when I need fuel.

Hey guys, i think i opened a can of worms with my carby thread, gonna open another one
What brand of petrol do you guys use in your cars? I know to chuck in premium 98 as there's no LRP/Super anymore, but what brands give you guys the best results?
I was using Shell VPower, I was told that VPower has a fair bit of ethanol in it? Made the switch to BP Ultimate with flashlube, car feels like it's running a bit smoother. Interested to hear everyone's thoughts on the issue.![]()

the vpower racing i think it is has ethanol in it, the 100 octane one, the 98 doesnt. I use it and like it.

im the same i use what evers 98 octane doent seem to matter in the golf ive been runng my golf on standard unleaded ( dont flame me) lately runs the same goes the same and its cheaper i do alot of miles in it i run motul oil in it anyways so the valves stems seals will be fine.
well at present, regular unleaded, cos that all i have in the jerry can... but that will change when i get it on the road and ill run it on 95/98![]()
