Finally got rid of my stacked 76er shell too. but for having so much more room in the drive way and for it not being so messy!

Finally got rid of my stacked 76er shell too. but for having so much more room in the drive way and for it not being so messy!
this is what i did yesterday, but never the less.
replaced the other rear wheel bearing. put the timing belt back on. vaccummed inside and cleaned out the rubbish. (from nationals still!) Replaced broken parcel shelf support. fitted windscreen washer hose.
also welded up a bit of a HD sump, for next oil change.
Don't know what I'll do today.

And guys, once you have done a dozen or so mountings you will be able to do it in about an hour!! Trust me.....

Made it bit lighter and slightly smaller all round by washing it for the first time in 4 months. The front wheels where nearly the same colour as the tyres

New Unifilter and carby clean...was about to do a few mounts but had to go collect an engine crane for later in the week. Also dropped my tyres and wheels for fitting and balancing. They should be ready tomorrow...provided they don't tear the tyres
