    165/45 would be awesome to see on there!!!

    Nice wheels it will also make the car look lower when once on there.

    Well. I have done nothing to my mk1 so far in about 2 weeks.

    It's filthy!

    But I did start it & within the first crank it fired cleanly!

    I do love my mk1, but only at times. not when I drive it!!!

    Gutless POS! haha

    It's really not THAT gutless.. Its just gutless compared to a fast Mk1! haha.

    lol, man do i know the feeling. probably most of us on here do! hahaha

    anyway, recent mk1 work has just been prepping those wheels trying to get the clear coat off and stripping the grey centres for a respray. apart from that just driving it
    - OH AND I GOT BLOODY DEFECTED TODAY FOR BEING TOO LOW! WTF!

    Bummer!! What do you have to go through to get it legal again?

    What I did today: vacuum the interior, put ArmourAll on the dash and other trim bits, cleaned the inside of the windows (but the windscreen is filthy again ).

    Tomorrow: wash and polish the exterior (hopefully I can actually be arsed to do it).

    Later: get the rear bumper replaced; address some minor rust spots.
