On the road again : )

I took the little beastie to Pete the VW magician, and now she runs as sweetly as ever.

Turns out that the main fuel nozzle had come loose and turned which was starving the engine of fuel. (It is an old weber after all.)

So I’m back on the road and terrorising the streets of Canberra again! Yay!!!

Many thanks to all those who posted suggestions of what could be wrong, it is great to get this level of support!

Thanks to Pete, I now have a set of old school 13x6 BBS rims waiting to go on. (I need to lower the Mk1 before I can put them on to do them justice.)
