    would love to take it for a trip and put faces to names
    nah been thinking of getting the grinder out they're only
    40mm lowered kings might take half a coil off ???

    just put some kings in my Mk1, looks pretty shmick except the front could be just a tad lower but its not bad at all really nice hard spring rate too should corner like a go kart!

    with ya fan bro allways check ya fuses there dodgy, rebend some of the fuse holders or jiggle the fuses, if not try hot wire your fan make sure it is working,

    Angry argh!!!

    all gone bad eng has huuuuggggeee vib in it
    think flywheel not balanced properly??
    so bad makes cd player skip!!
    have to pull out box on weekend and put my
    old flywheel and clutch and see if it goes away
    I HOPE!!!!!!!!!!

    Are you sure its not engine mount? If the one on the drivers side is gone, it causes mad vibrations.

    to check that it's not the thermo switch, touch the 2 connections to the switch together. If it has a connecter, use a piece of wire or paperclip to short it. If your fan is ok, it should fire up when you short the circuit.

    Don't worry about blowing anything up - thermo switch is just a switch so by bypassing it, you're just manually switching the circuit!

    Fairly solid alright - hope that it's not *too* solid for road use.

    I could one of these to stop the lump jumping around on vicious launches
    in tarmac 'khana's

    I would - even the after market poly mounts aren't solid - you want *some* give in them - just not too much...
