Here's some clearer and nicer pics









You can maybe see the new wheel colour, in the end i mixed the gold with charcoal, giving it a bronzed colour, don't look too bad imo

and its getting there!

I remember seeing a mk1 on steelies with gold painted centres and silver colored rims, which looked rather nice IMO.
What are the plans for this wee beastie? Is that a bit exhaust pipe?

another exhaust tip as the current one is silly (it is a larger exhaust though)
Interior work (the seats, parcel shelf carpet etc)
engine bay clean up,
General repairs (i.e. exhaust manifold)

then start driving it full time!

Down the road (or sooner if my neighbour convinces me!) a full respray!
