Is this throttle cable standard?

just wondering if this what a standard Mach 1 throttle cable looks like for a 1.6 only ask because its a got a weber fitted

Looks like the std carb type accel cable, needs setting up tho, looks to be pulling to the side somewhat instead of inline with the throttle pivot.
