    throttle cable issues

    hi guys

I got me a 32/36 DGV weber the other week, and I hooked up my throttle cable using the origional cable and mount, but it isn't able to reach full throttle ie, open up both venturies by pressing the go pedal. I believe that I may need a half moon set up, but I'm un sure

So if anyone else had this problem, give us a holler and/or post up a pic of your setup!

    Thanks in advance!

    Jarred

Can you modify the bracket to bring the cable nearer to the carby and gain more travel?

Yea this is something I've thought about. I'd need to sut out a wedge in the bracket, bend it over and tac it together, And even then I'm not sure Ill get full throttle. I will only get say 60% of the secondaries open, that's why I think I need a whole new set up
