    taking off the manifold

    ok, so im taking my original carb off, ready to replace it. but how in the hell can you get the manifold off im stuffed, i got the bolts off, but now i need a male socket, and even if i had one, how do i get it into the tiny little gap im anooyed, and need help.......

    You need a 6mm or 7mm allen key socket. If you get 3/4 drive on a medium bar and lean over the top it can be done. Have fun

    I think you mean 3/8" drive.
