All this close ratio gearbox stuff makes me happy.

Here's a random story: When my dad got his close ratio box that my mum brought back from germany when pulled it apart to fit with a quaife he took a photo nearly the same as above of a polaroid camera. Around 1987. (3 years before I was born)
