This has been said before but has to be said again.... OMFG I have read every single word and drooled over every single pic.... I'm sending down my Mk1 Cabrio for you to do lol.... just a quick little tidy up/rebuild lol.....

Luckily i'm a bit of a geek, I hooked up the HDMI cable to the tv and forced my wife to sit down and read this from start to finish from the comfort of the couch.... Might have stopped reading 2 times Now she knows what she is up for in my build but Not as indepth, as I don't have the talent you do. I will try to to as much as I can by myself but NO WAY near as much as you have done. Your an inspiration and I hope you have another project to do when you have finished this one.... Do you like the QLD weather???? lol

Again Thankyou for sharing this build Once painted pics are put up I will remove my Jaw from the floor.

Cheers for the kind words , I do honestly live and breath my builds. I am super happy when people get inspired or excited about them , more in a way that it shows that anything is possible and most goal attainable.

Yer could do with a holiday.

Acrylic it is , just painting in the garage so it far from ideal. Having said that let me now say I'm very pleased with the finish.

I like spraying acrylic. Its forgiving and isn't all that bad if you do it properly
