    Cheers Anthony.

Found a hole in the radiator, don't know how I missed it.. Anyway patched it up today after work with some silver solder, as well as brazing the brackets back on.
Time for a lick of paint and in she goes.

its been a while, so a few updates are in order.

finally managed to get the mk3 booster and MC in and brakes bled.
verdict.. its actually alright with the standard brake setup. stops heaps better than the standard setup.

if your wondering what reservoir that is, its from a nissan n13 pulsar (as pete jones said in his brake upgrade thread). looks heaps better and is a direct fit onto the mk3 MC.

and a little teaser for whats to come...

just gotta do a final check to make sure i didn't miss anything, then off to get a roady and get her rego'd

i really wanted working quarter lights.
but looks like that is proving pretty difficult...

i've tried gluing the hinges on with automotive mirror adhesive, so i thought why not just drill a hole in it.
so i bought a diamond bit for drilling, looked up how to do it, and gave it a go.

    this is the result.......

didn't think about it at the time, but turns out you cant drill through tempered glass!!! DAMMITT!
not to worry tho, i've got some spare glass.

you learn something new everyday i suppose
