    in regards to the A/C, started to pull off the faceplate on the centre console. the knobs were loose and not clicking on.
    so i hooked up the battery, turned it on................ IT WORKS!!!!

    and thanks to alistair, i'm one step closer to having working 1/4 lights

    i spose since its already in and working i leave it in for now. then when mods begin to take place, it's outta there!! (unless i change my mind again)

    I'd give it a go atleast.

    If its usless then maybe not, but if you kept it, it could definately be one of the 'coolest' mk 1's on the road!
