Recommended Vw Specialists in Sydney - Mk1 GTI Cabriolet

Good afternoon gents!

Like some on here, I started a rebuild/upgrade of my Mk1 a long while ago and one way or another have never finished it.

I have an '88 Mk1 Cab GTI UK import and back in 2016 started an upgrade on it. Managed to source a ported and polished DX head, appropriate 2l bottom end, procured bigger valves, slightly hotter cam, ported the inlet manifold and introduced the larger throttle body... Then my wife fell pregnant and decided that we needed to move house (and if I ever find the guy that did it...). The old girl was tailored and towed to our new place (the car, not my wife) and that's where she (the car) has sat ever since.

Anyways, now that I'm old and with limited time but slightly more money on my hands, I was (perhaps optimistically) hoping to find a VW specialist in Sydney to take the job on and make me a proud father.

Any recommendations out there? Presumably they need good experience with k-jet fuel injection systems which lends to recommendations from mk1 and mk2 GTI Golf owners.

Camden GTI has long-since closed its doors, but hopefully somewhere out there, is a garage man-enough for the job!
