This is all true. It's all very well to say u are going for a "ratty" looking mk1, but truth is - deep down u wish u had a minter!
If u want a rat I just don't know if a mk1 is the best way to go.. I'd prob more likely go a E30 bimmer.. Or a beetle

I like how versatile Mk1's are,
they look fine ratty, clean, mint, big rims, little rims, low, high, ect ect.. i think its one of few cars that can nearly pull off any "look"
