    You could just set them up on an indexing head and mill it. Not too hard if you know what you're doing.

    I was thinking do it with some careful marking-out and cutting/grinding/dremeling, but yeah I guess that'd be the good way to do it!

    I meant to say rotary table, not indexing head. Doable on either, but MAN you'd need a big indexing head!
