    As I was saying to you, it needs more pump advance. Proved that tonight.. It almost didn't start! Even with some serious plug glowing. I'll sort that tomorrow.

    No idea. Hahaha.

    Not much. It's not much harder to make 3 than 1. The hard bit is making the jig, really. (Which is also pretty easy)

    the one i got has threaded ends... no idea why :S
    and has a slight bend near gearbox. its the lowest part on car when fitted.

    Yeah mine is tubular alloy and has 2 bends. I'll probably make these ones out of steel though. It's a shame you can't have a straight one. They lose their stiffness when you put a bend in them.

    I have a bar on the green car that is straight steel RHS with 2 flanges welded, why can't it be straight?

    Anyhow. I would be interested to see what you come up with. The ones Tim selling look pretty and shiny.
