    Sounds like you had a way too picky RWC inspector, mine didn't say anything about ride height or exhaust noise...

    u obviously havent seen how low it is either.... your Volvo isnt low, or loud

    the place i went to didnt say anything either after i waved cash in their face and my mk1 is belly ached and sets off car alarms.

    oh man you have no idea...LOL the exhaust was a straight through 2.5" with a 3 inch" resonator. and once it was running they said well we can't even talk over it so its definitely over the limit no point testing it.

    it is too low because my front duck bill got totalled and the lower stress bar got scrapped on a FLAT driveway...

    trust me its too low and loud. no for me but for a RWC anyway

    Jack it up with bump stops...

    Get a plate, whack a couple of 13mm holes in it and stick it between your flange for your extractors and exhaust. It'll ride rough as hell and go like crap, but it'll be high and quiet.

    Easy.

    Just don't get caught with it!

    You'll have to sell your body & then some to pay the EPA fine.
