has anyone investigated the old volvo 4 potters to see if they can be adapted to fit? You can pick them up for around $50 -$100 a pair and they mught just do the trick. Pads would be cheap too.
A friend of mine is using them on his beetle and they work unbeleiveably well. The only problem is they're very heavy, a lot of unsprung weight. I have been thinking of looking into them as well.[/quote]has anyone investigated the old volvo 4 potters to see if they can be adapted to fit? I have heard that volvo 4 pots fit the mk1 hubs, but you need to drill through the fluid gallery and block off 1 hole, as they have brake lines coming in from each side of the caliper. But dont quote me on that
